These hands are solid silicone and based on Mike Myers from h40 they can be modified to have all the fingers on the left hand and a different version of the knife can be substituted. The pics of this listing was a custom order.
There is no additional cost to either add pvc for mounting or request a different style knife. Also specify if you would like the knife facing down or up. The knife is real with a dulled down blade and permanently attached . A fake knife can be used as well. This product has a two week production time.
